Traditional reporting has evolved within ICMS into four styles of output:

• Grid views
  • Can be filtered, sorted, grouped, searched and then exported to XLS or PDF format as tabular reports
  • Custom views can be created and shared, by role, with the appropriate user groups
  • Individual items, like a workplace incident, can be opened in read mode and printed to PDF
• Standard Reports
  • Specific reports by form type allow you print the details of a completed form - optimized for a paper layout, sometimes with photos in-line
  • Standard reports can be customized, saved and often scheduled for email delivery
• Dashboards show summary graphs and linked views with drill-down capability
• Business Intelligence reports crunch huge volumes of data to show trends and summary statistics
