SkillsTRAK® enables a company to construct a clear-cut plan for its employees to progress from one job level to the next as they complete their competency requirements and training.
A simple interface allows a client to select appropriate tasks and training courses and assign them to custom categories (safety training, core competencies, education, etc) to identify the steps to progression.
The Profile is integrated into an easy-to-use view for each user called MySkills®. MySkills provides the user with a dashboard of their progression to completing their currently assigned position, and enables them to see what is required to progress to their next level of employment.
