Tasks can be loaded into ICMS's Actions module for distribution to workers in the ICMSmobile handheld application. Users can then track actual start and end times for the tasks, and note the type and duration of any delays that are encountered. The gathered information can then be reviewed by planners and managers to adjust schedules and staffing.
