Recommendations
Recommendations can be captured for each identified direct / root cause of an incident. These are simple rich text areas.
Related Actions
Following on the broader recommendations, specific Actions can be created and assigned to individuals within your organization. These Actions each have their own separate life cycle as they move to a completed state. They can also be reported on from an incident management point of view. The overall status of investigator driven actions can be tracked over time to show performance by business unit or incident type.
