The Management of Change (MOC) solution has been enhanced to facilitate Capital/Facility Engineer changes with the capability for review and sign off in addition to standard workflow management.
Developed hand-in-hand with a facilities commissioning team, the MOC application incorporates risk assessment using a client's specific risk matrix, project activity assignment (with due dates, notes, comments and completion dates indicated within the document and exportable in reports), upper management sign off, implementation tracking, completion status and final review, including budget tracking.
A series of project deadline and assignment management tools, automated and manually generated emails, overall status reporting and spreadsheet and PDF export features reduce workload of managing an Engineering change.
