ICMS implementation is delivered through our Client Services Group. This group is comprised of a team of consultants who bring a combination of product expertise and project management skills and are fully accountable for client satisfaction.
Post-implementation support is provided through a central help desk that is staffed by experienced consultants. Team members who manage calls also work directly with clients during implementation, and in this manner, are able to leverage recent experience and client knowledge. All CSG consultants use a common support methodology and are cross-trained for product knowledge, classroom training skills, and project management.
Client experience indicates that most support calls (telephone or email) occur within the first few weeks of training. During this time, many calls pertain to functions typically covered during training. These training ‘refresher’ calls are quite common and anticipated as clients begin to translate their training experience into day-to-day operations.
Support coverage is uniquely configured based on client needs.
